Coggins test required

Certificate of Veterinary Inspection Required.

Proof of vaccinations Required (not the same as the Health Certificate) to include. INFLUENZA EASTERN/WESTERN ENCEPHALOMYELITIS RHINOPNEUMINITIS. Provided by Vet Records or Receipt of vaccines from your supplier and the date you gave the shot if you give your own shots.

Dogs must be contained on a leash and have record of vaccinations.
